Shipping Info

We ship within 7 working days via Australia Post. If Australia Post does not ship to your location we will correspond with alternative delivery methods which may incur additional courier fees.

Once your order is dispatched you should receive a confirmation email including your tracking number to the email you have provided. If you do not receive any tracking communication please reach out to us.

Typically estimated delivery times are 3-6 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 14 days for international orders – this may be impacted by global shipping delays.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Please investigate prior to your order any additional fees you may occur and note Wondercore Island is not liable for these additional costs.

We've experienced some issues with sending vinyl internationally due to the restrictions on importing vinyl to some countries. Please research your countries customs restrictions prior to ordering. If the record is returned to us we can issue a refund on the record itself but not the postage fee incurred.

Return Policy

We have an exchange only return policy.

If your item/s arrive damaged –

We do our best to avoid this with custom mailers and fragile notices however we realise damage can occur in transit. Please email us a description including a photo so we can address the issue.

If your item is faulty –

Please email us and tell us about the fault so we can make ammendments.
